Rumor has it that there used to be a happy hour event for locals around here. I've heard a few people ask when the next one will be, and I think it's time to take matters into our own hands. SO HERE'S THE PLAN!
Every Friday is local's night at Tommy's Downtown Tavern. They've basically gift wrapped the happy hour for us, but there is no community organization running it. So show up, get 10% discount off your check with proof of residency (your ID and a piece of mail are probably sufficient until they get to recognize you), and have a great time with people in the neighborhood.
Tommy's Downtown Tavern is located at the corner of W Hamburg and W Cross Streets. But hey, don't take my word on the joint... check out the reviews for yourself.
